All the dry ingredients you will need to make 5-6 Hot Cocoa Pancakes.

To Make 5 Pancakes: Preheat and lightly grease a griddle or pan over medium heat.

In a large bowl, cream together melted butter, an egg, milk, and vanilla with a whisk. Simply pour the mason jar pancake mix into the melted butter, egg, milk, vanilla, and mix until combined (do not overmix).

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1-2 Tablespoons of butter to pan. Once the butter is melted, pour 1/2 cup of pancake batter to the pan. Cook until bubbles on the surface of the pancakes have popped (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook until the underside is lightly golden.

Ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, white sugar, salt, and milk chocolate chips.
