In large bowl, cream together peanut or nut/seed butter, honey or a liquid sweetener of your choice, and vanilla until creamy. Simply pour in the no bake mason jar protein energy bite mix into the wet ingredients until mixed. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until chilled. Just mix again and roll into 1 inch balls and serve immediately. Or refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
