Yellow Cake - Regular Size

All the dry ingredients you will need to bake 2 - 8-inch Yellow cakes or 9x13 or 24 standard cupcakes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare two 8-inch round cake pans with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl, cream softened butter for about 1-2 minutes.
Simply pour the mason jar cake mix to combine butter and with a hand mixer on medium-high mix in the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla for one minute. Do not overmix. Pour the cake batter to divide and spread it evenly into the prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes. For cupcakes start checking around 15 minutes.
